  Did additional work which created additional charges with out permission or consulting me first. Bill was twice the quoted price.

  I broke down just outside of chase and was left in a tough spot with not alot of options. The guys at TAG did a great job on the repair, and did not run the bill up on me. The initial estimate was between $1,000 and $1,500 depending on labour time. The bill came in at $1,040 including taxes. Honest and reliable, can't ask for much more!

  The worst experience I've ever had with a mechanic do not take your vehicle here if you care about it, or your saftey. Very difficult person to deal with and terrible customer service. I purchased a car in Alberta and brought it into this "mechanic" for an out of province inspection. My car and my brakes worked fine before I left it with him. I was given my car back 2 times with the brakes not working. I pulled out of his shop, merged onto the highway and almost rear ended a semi because of his shotty work and lack of a test drive after putting new pads on my front brakes. The 2nd time I got my car back he crossed the fuel line over the exhaust manifold, it melted the fuel line cuasing fuel to shoot all over the hot exhaust almost causing a fire under the hood! he said he would fix the fuel line so I reluctantly brought it back and he apperantly "fixed it" but his scabby patch job on the fuel line still leaked fuel! Also walked into the shop and he was using my rims and tires as a step stool scratching them and the front fenders which he was leaning on to look into the engine bay. The bill was 1800 for him to wreck my car. In the end took it down the road to a compitent mechanic that fixed all of Tag Auto's screw ups quickly and at a very reasonable price.
